Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the t250 platform on any device or browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and t250 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use t250's services. This platform is intended for users based in Malaysia and operates in accordance with the terms set out in this document.
T250 reserves the right to amend, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at t250. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including forfeiture of credit balances and bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number and valid Malaysian bank account details. t250 reserves the right to request identity document verification (such as an IC or passport) at any time to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or promotional claims.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. t250 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in managing your own login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a t250 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or when contacting customer support.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotions, bonuses or betting systems with fraudulent intent.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity or reputation of the t250 platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or t250's internal systems without authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account without refund of any remaining balance. t250 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary against any user found to be involved in fraud or illegal activity.
Payment Information & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the t250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX via major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet and other methods displayed in the platform's deposit section. t250 does not accept foreign currencies or international payment methods unless specifically stated.
Deposit & Withdrawal Process
Deposits are typically credited within minutes depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals will be processed to your registered and verified Malaysian bank account. t250 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to ensure the security and accuracy of transactions.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the thresholds set within the platform and may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate — t250 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
All bonus and promotion terms, including rollover requirements, are stated in their respective promotion terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
T250 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, data loss or software damage. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the t250 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, software code and other materials — is the exclusive property of t250 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written consent from t250.
Third-Party Links
The t250 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. t250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to external sites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Account Policy & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
T250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or system manipulation, promotion abuse, failure to verify identity within the stipulated period, or upon request by relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to fraud, all remaining balances may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact t250 customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures upon completion of identity verification.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the t250 platform and these Terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. t250 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
